CONDITIONS OF HIRE – HAMPTON LUCY VILLAGE HALL
- Supervision
The person responsible for the hire must be aged 18 or over and be in attendance at the Hall throughout the event.
- Damage
The Hirer is liable for any damage to the premises, fixtures, fittings or contents (including accidental damage).
- Cleanliness
The Hall must be left clean and tidy, with all furniture returned to its original position and any rubbish removed.
- Deposit
The Management Committee reserves the right to ask for a deposit as a condition of hire.
- Noise
Noise levels, particularly from amplified music, must be managed to avoid disturbing local residents and cease by no later than 1030 pm.
- Vacating the Hall
The Hall must be vacated by 11pm. Please keep noise to a minimum when vacating the Hall.
- Play Equipment
For insurance reasons, bouncy castles or similar are not allowed inside the Hall.
- Capacity
The maximum capacity of the Hall is 70 people.
- Smoking/Vaping
No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Personal belongings
The Management Committee is not responsible for damage or theft of any personal belongings on the premises.
HIRERS MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHEN HIRING THE HALL
